Craig the store manager had a smile from ear to ear. He was very nice to the customers n just radiated positiveness. If ever I needed good vibes after a very busy day he provided it. His worker Chuck was busy n friendly. I can't believe the top of the chain have great feelings for toward the "small guy".Thank you Zallies for wonderful people like Craig!!!
Love Zallie's sheet cakes. Had to pick up a Birthday cake at the last minute. Purchased what was labeled as and which I wanted/expected to be a full vanilla 1/4 sheet. Well half way through cutting the cake during the party we hit the unexpected chocolate half. Since we are a vanilla cake family, had no use for the chocolate half but I did purchase and wanted a whole cake. We contacted the store directly and they remedied it without a second thought by the Zallie's staff. Thanks you Andrew and Mike, nice store courteous customer minded people.
Love shopping here. So many choices, so convenient and most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Most of all the store is keep clean. Many registers open to accommodate a quick checkout process
